But YOU must decrease!

“True humility is not thinking less of yourself; it is thinking of yourself less.” C.S LEWIS

In 2013, we had a Christmas meeting for fallen women who came from Red light area in Navi Mumbai. It was a fun time as we sing the songs, performed the skits and food especially etc., End of the meeting, there was a divine moment in the meeting which was a “washing their feet”. Actually I had never encounter with this kind of realities in my life. My church members started involving this activity “washing their feet” with humility and love. It was a profound meaning of humility which I learnt over there. I have observed them very closely (fallen women) and there was a grief/pain in their hearts, finally everything burst in tears and they are started crying like a children. I believe, these wonderful women never being loved by anyone and didn't encounter with unconditional love and care, simply unloved people in the streets of Turbe (Some place in Navi Mumbai)

In 31st night of 2015, I had a same experience in village at Andhra Pradesh, again this time I got a chance to humble myself. So I did wash the feet whose name was “Suresh” and he too did it for me. Someone once asked St. Bernard of Clairvaux what the three most important virtues are. He famously replied, “Humility, humility and humility.” I think this is a great lesson which we can learn it

Holly bible talks about the Jesus washed the disciples’ feet, He told them (and us), “I have given you an example, that you should do as I have done to you” (John 13:15), We should be serving one another in lowliness of heart and mind, seeking to build one another up in humility and love.

How would I look in this selfie?

How would I look in this selfie? This is most wanted "Question" in current human race. when it comes to our inner lives, we are often indifferent, What would we look like if there was an "Internal selfie"? If there was a camera that could capture the state of our minds, our moods and fears, our insecurities and foibles, what would show up?
In the book of 1 Samuel 16:7 in the bible, The lord says to Samuel " Do not consider his appearance or his height...The lord doesn't look at the thing's people look at ". People look at the outward appearance, but the lord looks at the heart. God will always treasure the inner "selfie" of the heart that loves Him unconditionally and forever!
